Anord Mardix have an opportunity for CNC Operatives to join the team at our facility in Dundalk, Co Louth on our Weekend shifts. The role involves working with Fabrication Manager and Fabrication Co-Ordinator to ensure that Production requirements are achieved daily. We are looking for proactive individuals, with previous experience in a similar role who can empower and motivate the team.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add CNC Operatives located in Dundalk, Ireland. This person will be an integral part of the production team with a key focus on product quality & safety and the optimization of the production process. Weekend shifts are available.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Operation of the CNC Machine.
  • Quality control of finished product.
  • Finishing and labelling of parts produced as required.
  • Monitoring stock control.
  • Ensuring the work area is maintained in a clean and organised manner.
  • Ensuring the CNC machine is maintained in good working order.
  • Working closely with other Machine Operatives to ensure production targets are achieved.
  • Be willing to undertake other duties as required in the Fabrication area.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Previous experience working with CNC/ press brake machinery an advantage
  • Have a commitment to maintaining a tidy working environment.
  • Be aware of the associated health and safety legislation.
  • Have a basic understanding of safety procedures.
  • Be capable of working on their own initiative.
  • Be capable of working as part of a team.
  • Good time keeping and attendance essential
  • Must be capable of achieving production and quality targets
