Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Work to daily work schedule and ensure work meets quality standards.
- Capability to produce finished product without assistance.
- Scraping splatter off metal and check for scratches.
- Operate the Phoswash machine and curing/drying oven.
- Spraying of cabinets and outer doors.
- Very high level of capability to spray without defects.
- Loading sprayed items into the oven and operate oven.
- Maintain high standards of house- keeping.
- Actively take part in any Continuous Improvement events.
- Recommend change to methods and tooling where appropriate.
- Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company.
- Follow the Company’s Health and Safety Procedures.
- Any other duties within any associated department.
- Be required to assist in other departments as required.
Skill Requirements
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent Written and Spoken English.
- Ability to organise own workload and use initiative
- Confident under pressure and able to handle multifaceted objectives
- High level of organisation
- Good time keeping and attendance essential
- Must be capable of achieving production and quality targets
- A good appreciation for Health & Safety within the workplace.
- Have a willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours and willingness to work is essential.
- Self-Motivated and good time keeping and attendance.
- Previous paint/spraying experience essential
