Key Roles and Responsibilities
- To work as part of the Fabrication team
- To assist with the fabrication of all items required in the assembly process
- To weld and dress components as required
- To stud weld components as required
- To weld and assemble components as required
- Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company.
- Follow the Company’s Health and Safety Procedures.
- Any other duties within any the Fabrication department.
- May be asked assist in any other departments during your employment.
Skill Requirements
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in MIG and TIG welding procedures
- Be capable of reading fabrication drawings
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Previous knowledge and experience using associated welding tools.
- Good time keeping and attendance essential
- Must be capable of achieving production and quality targets
- Be able to work as part of a team
- A good appreciation for Health & Safety within the workplace.
- Have a willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours and willingness to work is essential.
- Self-Motivated and good time keeping and attendance.
- Previous experience in a similar working environment is essential.
