Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain Organisational Management Systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) to ensure the effective management of Health, Safety and Environment matters at key manufacturing locations.
- Responsible for planning, managing and completion of the Health and Safety Inspection.
- Publish and Review RAMS to maintain Risk Management within site operations.
- Conducting and participating in the Auditing Process for site operations, including manufacturing and client-based installation sites, to ensure compliance to requirements.
- Communicate & Maintain Organisational Policies and Metrics pertaining to site works.
- Proactively work with operational teams to ensure that HSE is considered at all stages and that relevant control measures are identified.
- Promoting ownership and positive HSE culture.
- Monitoring and Measuring HSE objectives and targets in-line with internal metrics.
- Compliance Assurance in line with client, legislation, and best practices.
- Be able to identify of all health and safety related risks and issues across Anord Mardix sites and assist in the design and arrangements necessary for the remedial actions.
- Contribute in reporting or resolving incidents, near misses and accidents vis internal reporting systems.
- Managing, mentoring, and coaching Site Services Team to HSE requirements and norms
Training and Qualifications
- NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in a Health & Safety role within a Manufacturing and /or Engineering role.
- Extensive knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, ISO 45001:2018, relevant Standards and other relevant legislation.

- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident under pressure and able to handle multifaceted objectives.
- High level of organisation. Efficient with thorough methods of working.
- Full driving licence is essential as travel between sites is required
