POSITION TITLE: Sales & Marketing Operations Manager
DEPARTMENT: Sales
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Sales, North America

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Anord‐Mardix Internal Sales & Marketing Strategy for all group locations in the Americas, validating its performance through appropriate analysis.
- Scope out projects from concept to final sale and handover, identifying key milestones, deliverables, costs, and deadlines.
- Manage and develop personnel through appropriate internal/external training, involvement, delegation and regular reviews of performance.
- Develop and lead the team using expertise and developing high‐performance behaviors, identifying technical/resource requirements and proposing solutions to rectify.
- Manage any problems or difficulties, making timely interventions to ensure smooth delivery and project completion and communicating with internal and external partners to ensure clarity.
- Work with engineering, operations, logistics, and production teams to resolve problems concerning design, adherence to specifications and/or required standards, material procurement, production schedules, and related issues.
- Meet with customers or prospective customers to assist in forming relationships, provide technical information, or to assist in other ways as needed.
- Report across all entities through the implementation of appropriate KPI’s reporting monthly at both operational and executive level.
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to all corporate, external and appropriate regulatory requirements.
- Work with our suppliers to ensure conformity to our technical/system standards as needed.
- Monitor end‐to‐end processes, identifying opportunities where engineering operations can help improve product quality from an assembly and systems perspective, providing a feed‐back loop to other departments/locations.
- Based on these opportunities implement continuous improvement projects to a validated conclusion.
- Proactively works to eliminate waste and adds value to all processes.
- Ensures assigned employees adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and perform work practices that are safe and in a clean work environment.
- Ensures assigned employees adhere to company policies and rules, and, when necessary, enact necessary discipline processes up to and including written warnings in conjunction with supervision and Human Resources. Also provides further support and participation when escalation is required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or related field. 5+ years demonstrated project management experience in power distribution, construction, or related field is required. Data center or equivalent mission critical system experience required.
- Knowledge and understanding of safety & electrical codes, such as NGPA 70E, NEC Code, UL, IEC, and related standards.
- Knowledge and understanding of 3‐Phase Power, Electrical Power Generation and AC/DC power distribution.
- Strong technical understanding of set up and maintenance of manufacturing processes, experience in validation, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Proven ability to work on own initiative, problem solve and present potential solutions.
- A clear focus, understanding and desire to drive improvement across Safety, Quality and Production.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively overcome objections and communicate with people at all levels.
- Good computer skills, to include Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work on own initiative, problem solve and present potential solutions.
- Ability to maintain a tactful, orderly working relationship with others.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by our insurance carrier.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time as needed.

They must constantly reach with hands and arms; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel material. The employee will have frequent repetitive motions and frequently be able to lift or move 25 lbs. The employee has constant requirement of specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.
They must occasionally wear eye protection and other required personal protective equipment (Industry standard safety equipment is provided by the company and specific notice is posted in areas where safety equipment is required).
